The Inductive Power Supply Current Transformer - Energy Harvesting Coils

The inductive power supply (Energy Harvesting Coil) is a device, that use the CT installed on the power line to obtain power through the electromagnetic induction principle. It's combined by current transformer (enrgy-taking transformer) and power conversion module (Converting the electrical energy obtained by CT into the required DC voltage) two parts.


  • Anti-rust treatment


Under the premise of the performance of the magnetic core is not affected,our cores passed high standard salt spray test, which guarantee the core with excellent rust-proof ability.


  • Mirror Cut


All our cores cutting surface as smooth as mirror. To achieve this appearance:

We imported curing glue, improving the core hardness & reducing the cutting surface defects. We improved cutting processes, vertically centered cutting surface, and the formula of the cutting blade is adjusted to achieve the mirror cutting effect, which is basically the same as the performance before cutting.

When winding, we precise machine winding number and tension to ensure winding coils flat.
