This material specification defines possible types of housing for AM cores and adequate types of bandage used for each housing type as well as rules for labeling cores. 

1. 2pcs plastic case with locks (black or white)
Bandaging is done by supplier. All cores in this type of housing must be bandaged with two layer of adhesive black PVC tape with 50% overlay of each layer.

2. Steel case (welded ) + PCB Cap (without HV)
All cores must be protected by silicone up to the top of housing (cap must hold in place). The housing must have bring down external corners. Bandaging is done by supplier. Cores in this type of housing must be bandaged with one layer of paper transformer (thickness 0.1nn) with 50% overlay of each layer and two layers of white glass cloth tape with 50% overlay of each layer.

3. Steel case (welded ) + PCB cap ( for HV)
All cores must be protected by silicone up to the top of housing(cap must hold in place). The housing must have bring down external corners.Bandaging is done by supplier. Cores in this type of housing must be bandaged with two layers of paper transformer (thickness 0.1mm) with 50% overlay of each layer.

4. Plastic case filled with silicone +PCB cap
All cores must be protected by silicone up to the top of housing (cap must hold in place). Bandaging is done by supplier. Cores in this type of housing must be bandaged with two layers of white glass cloth tape with 50% overlay of each layer.
