Coilcore strictly follow the OPS and control product quality from material purchase, coil winding, bandage winding, electronic parameter testing to package and warehouse.

Coil winding

Coilcore select high quality nanocrystalline cores for the mini current transformer manufacture. We have a mature production line, from core manufacturing to transformer manufacturing, all of which are operated by experienced workers. Magnetic cores will coil winding by automatic winding machine, and install lead wire well.

Bandage Winding

Once coils mounted lead wire well, we will bandage coils by yellow tape. In order to ensure the coil is tightly wrapped, we use the 1/2 stack winding method, that is, 1/2 of the last circle of tape is pressed on 1/2 of the previous circle of tape, until the full coil is distributed evenly, finally glued together.

After yellow tape finished, a black tape will wrapped to further strength the stability of the finished current transformer.

Label Sticker

The clearly label on ct itself will help customers know the product specification at the first time when they use it. As usual,  we stick labels with basic information of current input, output, loading, etc. Of course, if any special customized stickers request, please advise us freely.

Full Inspection & Strong Package

For the finished current transformers, we do 100% inspection one by one, to check if the ct’s electronic performance reviewed. Then the passed transformers will be packaged well and place in the warehouse, ready to ship to customers at any time.
