
Amorphous and Nano-alloy
These ribbons are intended for applications in core of r.f. pulse transformer, in chokes, magnetic heads, magnetic screens and other electromagnetic devices instead of electrical steels, permalloys and ferrites, as transducers for antitheft devices and heating elements.
The manufacturing technology for measuring ribbons is developed by using of melt quenching(“spinning”). These ribbons have the following dimensions:
The range of nominal thickness 18~25μm with tolerance±(2~3)μm per one roll;
The range of the nominal width from 0.7 to 25.0mm (not more than 25.0mm), with tolerance(0.1~.2)mm.
The use of developed materials in products allows to improve their technical parameters, mass and dimension characteristics, also technical and economic indices during the fabrication of these products. The mst profitable field of application: magnetic cores and transformers S2m, S0, Up0 for ISDN system.
